Hello Clients and Friends! I hope this message finds you all well! .. I’ve had to implement a new cancellation protocol as I’ve had quite a few people who have cancelled last minute lately. As most of you know it can be nearly impossible to find an opening without waiting sometimes 2 months to get in. I do have a waiting list and that helps sometimes. But to make it more fair for those of you who need to get in, Ive had to make a tough decision to have a more strict protocol for cancellations. As I have had no shows who somehow have been able to avoid the cancellation fee, and it’s usually the same individuals who cancel last minute over and over, some who schedule very big services, leaving 2 hour gaps in my day that cannot be filled last minute. Those individuals who have cancelled last minute more than a handful of times in the last year without leaving enough time for someone else to be able to grab the opening or for the individuals who have not paid for their no show or late cancellation fees the system will no longer allow you to book online appointments. This is an automatic response set in place. I hope this helps those of you who have been waiting to get in.
