Good morning patients! Although the forecast currently shows a bit less snow than originally expected, we have taken feedback from patients into consideration and have chosen to close one day early for the weekend. We are here regular hours today (Wednesday 12/21 from 9-1 and 3-6) but will then be closed tomorrow (Thursday 12/22) THROUGH Monday the 26th. We will return to regular business hours on Tuesday morning and 9am and be here regular hours for the New Year week/weekend. We hope you will all be able to have a safe and happy long weekend! Please stay safe, warm and indoors when you can.

*** UPDATE *** We will officially be closed Thursday 12/22/22 through Monday 12/26/22, returning to regular hours Tuesday morning at 9AM!

Well friends, the weather is looking a bit treacherous at the end of the week. Currently we are scheduled to be open regular hours this week, Monday through Thursday from 9-1 and 3-6. However, after discussing the forecast this morning, Dr. Timmer has decided that we may close on Thursday 12/22/22, before the holiday weekend. He will make that decision Wednesday morning and I will update this post and send our a mass text on the text line. Remember that texts only go out to patients with scheduled appointment so you may not receive one if you are a patient who prefers walk-ins. You can check back here as well! We WILL be closed on MONDAY DECEMBER 26th, and return to regular business hours on Tuesday the 27th at 9am.

We hope to see you this week, today through Wednesday if possible and we will let you know about Thursday as soon as a decision is made. Thank you for your patience and flexibility!

Good morning patients! I was just printing up a quick New Year reminder flyer for the office and wanted to drop it here too. With insurance premiums and deductibles sky-rocketing for many of our patients, we want to remind you that we do have self pay options available for uninsured patients AND patients who are insured but would prefer to not submit to their insurance. In many cases, our self pay pricing is more affordable than insurance. The majority of insurance policies are now without a flat rate copay, and instead only deductible based. This means your out of pocket cost is determined by your diagnosis and sometimes more costly than our flat rate self-pay options. If you are not a person who typically meets your deductible, it may be beneficial for you to bypass your insurance for chiropractic care. Of course, I am more than happy to submit your visit claims to your insurance company at any time! I just want you to know your options so you can make the best choice for yourself. :)

As always, we will need a copy of any insurance you would like us to bill for you - even if you're not aware of any changes on your policy. You will also need to complete a 1 page update form on your first visit of 2023, even if you are a self-pay or long time patient. Thank you in advance for your cooperation on these key things that we are mandated to collect/complete before treatment in 2023. 🥰

Hey friends! Just a reminder - hours this week are a bit different than usual with the holiday. Monday and Tuesday will be regular hours, 9-1 and 3-6. Wednesday Dr. Timmer will be in the office treating patients from 9-1. We will then be closed until Monday morning!

Gooooooood morning! I am so happy to be able to confirm that Dr. Timmer is back in the office this week. I also wanted to say thank you again for the outpouring of love yall sent his way, with his unexpected family emergency. The understanding and compassion shown was so helpful in a stressful time and we sure appreciate it.

Dr. Timmer will be treating patients regular hours this week.

Good morning patients. We were scheduled to be in the office regular hours today before being closed tomorrow Thursday 11/10/2022. Dr. Timmer has had an unexpected family emergency and needs to leave the office today. We will remain closed until Monday 11/14/22 and will return to regular office hours at that time.
