Hello Everyone!!

As we gear up for the holiday season we wanted to give you all a few updates on our practices. Unfortunately, due to staff and provider shortages, we no longer accept patients by a walk-in basis. An appointment is now required for all of our locations. If you are in need of service and would like to make an appointment, please call our office at (816)415-3233 and a member of our staff will be happy to assist you.

During this Memorial Day holiday, we would like to extend our gratitude to those who selflessly gave their lives to protect us.

The newly released iOS 15.4 for iPhone devices is requiring hearing aids to be re-paired to connect to the Thrive Hearing Control app each time the mobile device is restarted, which is part of the updating process.

If the user upgrades to the new iOS 15.4 release, please keep in mind that it will require them to re-pair their hearing aids and they may continue to experience intermittent un-pairing each time the mobile device restarts. Please be assured that hearing aid functionality and streaming will not be disrupted.

We will keep you informed once this has been resolved.

Hello everyone! We hope you have all been staying safe and warm. We just wanted to give you all a couple quick updates about our offices.

Due to the covid-19 pandemic, our Gladstone location currently requires masks to be worn at all times while in the building.

Due to the high schedule volume, we no longer accept walk-ins for any of our offices. Patients will need to make an appointment if they need to be seen.
