Today is National Wreaths Across America Day.

Across the country, communities will come together with one shared purpose - to Remember the fallen, Honor those who serve, and Teach future generations the value of freedom. Here in Liberty, we are honored to be part of this national mission once again.

We invite you and your family to join us today at 12 noon at Liberty Memorial Gardens as we lay wreaths in remembrance of the Veterans who rest here. Each wreath placed is a moment of gratitude, respect, and love for those who served.

If you are able, you may still sponsor a wreath this morning to honor a hero resting at the Gardens:

National Pearl Harbor Remembrance Day
December 7, 1941 - “A date which will live in infamy.”

Today, we pause to honor the 2,403 service members and civilians who lost their lives in the attack on Pearl Harbor, as well as the countless heroes who answered the call to defend our nation in the days and years that followed.

Their courage, sacrifice, and unwavering devotion to duty forever shaped the course of our history.

As we prepare for National Wreaths Across America Day, we are reminded that remembrance begins with days like today - moments when we choose to reflect, to teach, and to honor those who stood for freedom long before us.

May we never forget their bravery.
May we always honor their legacy.
May we continue to Remember. Honor. Teach.

🇺🇸 “Keep Moving Forward.”

Our Story

Since 1984, Liberty Mortuary & Cremation Services has been serving the families of upstate South Carolina during life’s most difficult moments.

When you come to us, we have one goal – to plan a meaningful tribute that meets your needs, wishes, and budget. Whether your choice is traditional burial or cremation, we have the options you need to design the service that works for your family. If cremation is your choice, you can have peace of mind knowing we own and operate our own crematory.

Since we’re owned and operated by the Holtzclaw family, we have a unique understanding of what it means to put families first. We also offer the quality of service you can only expect from a local, family-owned funeral home.

Whether you are at your moment of need, or you would like to preplan with us, we invite you to reach out to us today.
