We turn 4 years old today!

I opened Studio Elevate Fit in January of 2022 so that women would have a safe space to use movement to improve the quality of their life.

We believe in health at every size and we want to help you fall in love with the body you have right now by using movement to promote your mental health.

This isn’t a popular philosophy in the fitness world—gyms and studios are much more profitable when they promise physical transformations with quick fixes and an element of shame/guilt. We knew that by not following that formula our growth would be slower, but it would also be steadfast. We are grateful to have a community of clients who not only love the exceptional fitness experiences we provide but ultimately can feel the long term transformation in their mental and emotional health.

I get an email notification for every transaction—which means I get constant reminders of the commitment you are making to yourself and the longevity of the studio. New around here? I opened Studio Elevate Fit 4 years ago so women would have a safe place to move AND take care of mental and emotional health. I won’t promise you a quick solution but will help you down the long path of building strength and resiliency for the long haul. The question I pose to my community this year is:
What if we walked into this year with less control? More love?
You don’t need a “fresh start”. You just need support that doesn’t disappear when things get complicated on a random Tuesday in April.
As we’ve always been, we are here for the long haul—the work of healing, growing and building strength and resiliency isn’t meant to happen in just the month of January.
