Dr Nottoli has specific training in reducing adhesion (scar tissue) through precise, hands-on treatment. My practice exists to break the cycle of the patient becoming a commodity in a revolving door of health care. I do not try to squeeze you into the conventional chiropractic mold - I find out why you are in pain and then identify the best treatment to improve your function and eliminate your pain. The most enjoyable part of my job is the joy I see on a person’s face when their problem is truly identified and addressed. The happiness that I can share when someone is able to wake up in the morning without pain, run their best time, lift their grandchild, achieve a personal best in a race, and play ball with their children - this is what motivates me. I get to help people every day that have not had their problems resolved because other health care providers failed to listen to the patient. There are many forms of treatment that can reduce pain, but when the treatment is done in the right place with the right technique, it can make dramatic improvements in reducing pain and enabling your body to move as designed.

I’m extremely proud and humbled to be a Masters World Champ!

Jiu jitsu has become such a huge part of my family’s life over the last few years. And I know this wouldn’t have been possible without the support of my superwoman wife

She didn’t compete this weekend because she’s at home holding down the fort. But she believed in me that I could win this year so she was 100% on board with me coming out to Vegas for the tournament. She’s my rock and my number 1 supporter! You’ll probably see her on the podium next year.

Next, are my coaches at and . These two are incredible coaches and even better people. They helped me every step of the way and many times helped me get out of my own way lol. Not only has their instruction in class been top notch, but coach Carlos’s pointers during my fights kept me in the driver’s seat. I didn’t allow a single point to be scored against me and a big reason is because of these two.

It’s also worth mentioning Coach .papadakis. She’s a great jiu jitsu player and former Judo Olympian! Learning how to implement judo into my game was critical.

To all my teammates and training partners . It’s my home away from home and every single person was eager to help me get to the Worlds tournament. And now that I’ve won and can’t thank them enough!

And finally, a massive thanks to my mentor and soft tissue doctor, Dr William Brady. He’s not on social media but I think it’s important for people to know that he kept me healthy physically by treating my soft tissue adhesions and nagging injuries that fortunately never manifested into a major injury that would have knocked me out before I got here.
