We've got a new Monday night class to help you through the winter! YOGA FOUNDATIONS at 5:45pm in our upstairs studio.

It's the perfect all levels class ~ great for beginners looking to get more knowledgeable about the poses/practice and also amazing for those looking to deepen their poses and move at a more moderate pace.

If you attended our Dog Days of Summer yoga with pets class - THANK YOU! We collected $100 from the class and matched it, so we were able to send $200 to the pet food pantry that’s so desperately in need.
