April Wafford began her fitness journey in 2011 when she became a certified Zumba instructor. Since then April has obtained several fitness certifications including Group Ex, Personal Trainer, Barre Above, Pilates, Cycle and more. April has instructed hundreds of classes over the years and loves meeting new people. She is a mom, wife and spends her spare time traveling with her family.

Lindsey’s yoga practice is rooted in healing. Her classes are intentionally designed to help relieve symptoms of stress, anxiety, depression, and grief, offering students a safe and supportive space to breathe, move, and reconnect. Whether you’re stepping onto the mat for the first time or have years of experience, her sessions are accessible, welcoming, and adaptable to all ability levels.

With a background in health coaching and addiction recovery support, Lindsey understands that transformation is deeply personal. She meets each client where they are, guiding them with compassion, accountability, and practical tools for lasting change — inside and outside the gym.
