It's Transformation Thursday!

For select trans/nb patients wanting a masculine chest, a single incision strategically placed in the lateral pectoral border can effectively remove the breast tissue and hide the scar in a natural shadow. This patient is only 3 months postop. With some dedicated pec muscle building and more time for the scar to fade, he will look like he was just born this way!

What a transformation!! This very cool patient came to me for a chest masculinization procedure. He underwent "double-incision" mastectomy with free nipppe grafting. This is 4 months postop with an excellent result already. The scar will continue to fade with time, and will hide in the shadow of the pec muscles. He was so happy, he got a tattoo of my signature! I'm so honored!!

My little man turned 6 years old today! How did the time fly by so quickly? I took the afternoon off from work and visited him at school as the special mystery reader. We read his favorite book to his class and then left school early to get ice cream! Then we went home and did some face painting and opened his present, followed by dinner. All in all, a memorable day for my special little guy. Mommy and daddy love you so much!! ❤️❤️

First day of school!! Lukey got on his very first yellow school bus today for his first day of Kindergarten! Julia was happy to see old friends and make new ones on her first day of 2nd grade. I'm not crying, you're crying. 🥹🥹🥹
