Our holiday fundraisers have started. We are collecting new clothing, toys, toiletries, bedding, bed decor etc. for CASA Foundation. For the libertyville Food Pantry and CASA we are collecting Stockings , Tins, and anything one would fill a stocking (must be new). These donations directly impact those in need in our community and give a gift when there is often none available. Please help Healthy Body Healthy Mind and Girl Scout Troop 47481 achieve their goals of 100+ stockings this year. Last year we have several truck loads go clothing, gift cards, school and art supplies, oys, books and misc other gifts go to CASA. This is our 5th year of working with CASA foundation helping children in foster care. Drop off is at 1029 West Park Ave> Libertyville. We are at the corner of Dymond and Park Ave. Thank you in advance. Our success in this would not happen without you. If you prefer to adopt directly or donate directly to CASA, we have a tree in our foyer with envelops to do so. Thank you!

UPDATE_ The girls food drive was a HUGE success!!!!1 Thank you to everyone in our community who helped!!!!

Girl Scout Troop 47481 Food Drive For St. Joseph's Food Pantry in Libertyville. Help feed 1000's of local families! Drop off is in the foyer at Healthy Body Healthy Mind 1029 West Park Ave Libertyville, Illinois 60048 (Mon- Fri 9-6 occasional Sat 9-12). If doors are locked Please leave items and messge me asap weather permitting.

Items needed-Any canned & packaged food, formula, toiletries, paper products, cleaners, soap, diapers for all ages, personal hygiene and safety products are needed for the pantry.

We will also be holding a winter fundraiser for CASA Lake County. Casa Lake County are advocates for children in foster care in Lake County. These items go directly to children in need who often have no more than a garage bag to move into a new home. NEW items only for ages newborn- young adult- Clothing , Gloves, hats, Shoes, Coat, Toys, Blankets, Luggage, Pillows, Personal Care Items, Make Up, Books, Home Decor, School Supplies etc.. This drive starts now until the end of the year. You are welcome to drop any NEW unused items off in the box in the foyer marked CASA.

Butterfield GS Daisy Troop 47481 Fall Food Drive for St. Joseph's Food Pantry starts from Now until Nov 23. Please help the girl scouts fill the shelves of one of our local food pantry that feeds 1000's of local families. Any shelf stable food, toiletries, diapers, wipes, paper goods and paper and plastic bags of any size are always needed. Drop off in the foyer at 1029 West Park Ave. Libertyville, during regular business hours of 9-6 Monday through Friday. If you drop off and the doors are locked, PLEASE message me and I will come by to move it inside. You can also drop off at the pantry directly at 121 N. Milwaukee Ave in Libertyville. We tried to have the drop off at Butterfield school, but sadly, they would not allow it. Which is why we are holding it at a troop leaders office.

We want to THANK YOU from the bottom of our hearts getting us through a global pandemic. So many of us have been literally quarantined with our computers the last 2 years and not talking to others like we have in the past... We would love for you to leave us some reviews (hopefully all kind) on any social media network, yelp or google etc. We are working on updating our online presence and website. We have successfully relied on word of mouth for over 25 years. However, like most businesses COVID has hit us hard.
