Last nights float was so dreamy! Thank you to all who overcame the weather and showed up for some self-care. My next “Float in to Harmony” is 2/22 at . I spent the weekend in Wisconsin at a lovely women’s retreat, honoring the cycle of hibernation. I did my first cold plunge! It felt amazing after some time inside a mobile sauna! We ended each night with a Soundbath to help everyone drift to sleep. What did you do this weekend?

Let's get grounded into a new year. This is a simple breathing exercise that can help to calm the nervous system and settle us into the present moment feeling safe and secure. Inhale through your nose, a long and deep inhale, and then exhale fully and slowly out of your mouth. Repeat this as many times as needed until you feel settled.
