A top Canadian oncologist, Dr. William Makis, is drawing attention to a 2017 Mexican study showing that ivermectin (a long-used anti-parasitic) appears to target and destroy breast cancer stem cells more effectively than the common chemotherapy drug paclitaxel.

These cancer stem cells are thought to drive metastasis and recurrence, and are often resistant to standard chemo. The study found that ivermectin not only killed these cells but also reduced the activity of “stemness” genes that allow cancer to regenerate.

Dr. Makis argues that these findings should have prompted a major shift in how advanced breast cancer is treated, given ivermectin’s strong safety record and potential to outperform traditional chemo without the same harsh side effects.

He suggests systemic and industry barriers have prevented ivermectin from being explored or used widely in oncology, despite its promising data. When asked why it isn’t being used, Dr. Makis replied, “I think we all know the answer.”

Turning off Wi-Fi on devices. Think about the time and placement of the kindle you are reading on laying in bed or the cell phone endless scrolling to chill out. How close is it to breast tissue? While no studies have been done specific to breast health, we are seeing the negative impact of EMF radiation from devices.

Do not put the cell phone in your "extra" pocket, ie: your bra or leggings. On thermograms we see cell phone shaped inflammation when people do this. It definitely impacts the body.
