Endodontists are known for performing root canals, but they are also specialists in diagnosing and managing cracks that affect the inside of the tooth, particularly when the crack extends into the dental pulp.

When a crack reaches the pulp, our team typically performs a root canal treatment to remove the damaged pulp, clean and disinfect the canal, and seal the tooth. Afterward, a crown is usually placed to protect the tooth and prevent the crack from spreading further. The goal is to save the natural tooth whenever possible, and prompt treatment greatly increases the chances of success.
