Protein is a macronutrient that is important for building muscle and keeping you full. There is a minimum required amount of protein a healthy person needs to stay healthy. Making sure you start to reach your protein goals early in the morning is important to maintain consistency and set yourself up for success for the rest of the day. If you have leftover kimchi, give this recipe a try! Dice some potatoes or sweet potatoes into small cubes and sauté with some fresh garlic, onion, and olive oil. Chop up some kimchi and set aside. Season the potatoes with some salt, pepper, paprika, and other seasonings of your choice. Once potatoes are browned and cooked through, add chopped kimchi and optionally some kimchi juice. Stir until all ingredients are combined. Optionally spread out potatoes and kimchi evenly on your pan and cook eggs on top of the hash.

Cooking can be difficult for some. It can be especially hard for those people who may need some extra help with learning a new recipe. Mastering a new recipe in the kitchen can be daunting task even for those who have cooked before. It may require new techniques, new equipment, and even new foods you have never worked with before. It's important to do your research beforehand! Maybe watch a couple videos of other people making the recipe and seeing what they did.
