The first time I realized I wanted to go into Massage Therapy, I was still in high school. I attended Sister Rosalind Gefre Massage school in Fargo in 2006.

💆🏼‍♀️17 years of experience As part of our warm ups in choir class, we would turn to the person next to us and give them mini shoulder rubs. It wasn't long before my friends started to tell me I had a special talent for it. So my senior year, when the college fair came, I was naturally drawn to the booth for Massage Therapy. It was the perfect fit for me, and I knew I had found my calling! I graduated in 2007, and became licensed by the state of North Dakota in 2008. I first opened Ashlie's Massage Or Knot in 2008 in LaMoure ND. I worked there for two years before moving to Lidgerwood. My main office is in Lidgerwood, but I do continue to work in LaMoure as often as I can. Some of the types of massage I do include : Deep Tissue, Relaxation, Prenatal, Myofascial Release, and Reiki. These techniques are great for pain relief, relaxing sore muscles, stress reduction, improving circulation, and improving overall health. Massage Therapy is my passion and I truly love what I do! I am beyond grateful that it is my "job" to make people feel better everyday and help them maintain a healthy life through bodywork.

Well I started Christmas break off with a bang!Next time I'll leave the hoverboard for the kids!!😵‍💫🤕

The dr says I can't use it for a minimum of 6 weeks 😞. I promise to try and heal as fast as I can, but I won't be giving any massages for a little while.

It's my favorite time of year again!! The office will be closed for the next 2 weeks while I'm in the grain cart. Make sure you are on the waitlist and I'll contact you first if there happens to be a day I'm not needed in the field. Walker also has openings on Sunday's.
