Established surgical ophthalmology practice seeks Front Office Coordinator for our Lighthouse Point office. Duties include inquiry handling, patient recall and coordination of patient visits, fee collection, financial recording, & maintenance of the office scheduling system. You will be responsible for answering multiple lines, scheduling lens and cosmetic patients for our practice, making follow up appointments, getting authorizations & making referrals to other specialists. We are looking for a candidate with proven customer service skills who is honest & ethical. Medical office experience necessary, bilingual a Plus. You must be able to multitask. We're not an ordinary medical office & we want to add another extraordinary member to our team who understands our passion for the elective vision experience.
