Meet our new Executive Director, Nicole!

"My name is Nicole Butcher, and I am honored to be joining this community as the new Executive Director. I want to take a moment to introduce myself and share how excited I am to get to know each of you.

I have a strong passion for senior living and creating an environment where residents feel truly at home—safe, valued, and cared for. To me, assisted living is more than just a place to live; it’s a community built on trust, compassion, and meaningful connections. My goal is to ensure that your loved ones receive the highest quality of care while also enjoying engaging activities, companionship, and the comforts of home.

I am married to my husband Dereck and we have three children Axel, Rori, and Peyton. We live in Bluffton and currently are enjoying the soccer season with Axel who is four. Rori is a freshman at Rhodes working on her nursing degree while Peyton is finishing up her second degree, focusing on becoming a school teacher. We enjoy spending our summer months traveling in our camper and enjoy the fall months watching the Ohio State Buckeyes win their next Championship in football!

I believe communication is key, and I want you to always feel comfortable reaching out with questions, concerns, or ideas. I look forward to building strong relationships with you, learning your loved one’s unique stories, and working together to continue making this a vibrant, supportive community for all.

Our residents took an adventure through history today. From "Deep Cut" and Bloody Bridge on the Miami - Erie Canal to Tawa Town and The Black Swamp Trail. Our adventure ended with the locomotives made here in our hometown.

Today, we pause to honor and remember the brave heroes who selflessly served during the tragedy of 9/11, as well as the individuals and families who endured unimaginable loss and suffering. At Sinceri Senior Living, we extend our deepest gratitude to all who showed incredible courage, and our hearts remain with all those affected by that day.
As we reflect on this solemn occasion, we reaffirm our commitment to compassion, unity, and support for one another, now and always.
