With a heart heavier than words can carry, we laid our beloved mother and queen, Rita Nees, to rest today. A light has gone from our lives, and the world feels quieter without her.

Rita didn’t just live—she poured herself out in love, in service, and in kindness. She ran her race with strength and grace, and she finished well. Anyone who had the blessing of meeting her walked away touched—comforted, encouraged, seen, and loved.

Mama Rita, we will miss you more than we can explain. But we thank God for every moment, every laugh, every lesson, every prayer, and every beautiful year He allowed us to share with you. Your love will remain with us, your legacy will live on through us, and your name will always be spoken with honor.

Rest peacefully, Mama… until we meet again.
