Overview:
Ohio Behavioral Healthcare, Inc. Is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Counselor to join our team. As a Mental Health Counselor, you will play a crucial role in providing support and care to individuals with mental health conditions. Responsibilities:
Assist in the implementation of treatment plans under the supervision of mental health professionals
Provide direct support to individuals with mental health conditions, including counseling, therapy, and crisis intervention
Monitor and document patient progress, behaviors, and responses to treatment
Assist with medical documentation and maintain accurate records of patient information
Work closely with individuals on developing coping skills
Requirements:
Applicants must have a Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling or an equivalent thereof. Must be licensed in the State of Ohio through the CSWMFT Board and in good standing.
Knowledge of ICD-10 coding and medical terminology
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Compassionate and empathetic approach towards individuals with mental health conditions
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
