Public health is more than health care—it’s about reaching beyond the exam room to address the non-clinical factors that shape health.

For more than 60 years, Community Health Centers (CHCs) have led this work, caring for the whole person through primary care, pharmacy, oral health, behavioral health, and enabling services, while also helping communities navigate issues like safe food and clean water.

CHCs are on the frontlines, responding to our nation’s greatest public health challenges, emergencies and natural disasters.

This , we celebrate the heroes, innovators, problem solvers, and troubleshooters who power the CHC movement. 💙

Spring break doesn’t mean a break from care 🩺 Students from our school-based health centers can still be seen at any of our other locations during break. We’re here when you need us!

We’re honored to share that Health Partners of Western Ohio has received the Partner in Community Award from the Allen County Board of Developmental Disabilities! 💙

This recognition highlights the incredible work of our Dental Outreach team, who have gone above and beyond to expand access to care for individuals in Board services. What started as a simple conversation quickly grew into a life-changing outreach effort.

Since August 2024, our outreach team has been able to provide care to individuals who hadn’t seen a dental provider in years. By August 2025, nearly 90 individuals received exams, along with cleanings, fluoride treatments, and preventive care to help stop cavity progression.

What makes this work so meaningful is the compassion behind it. Our team takes the time to understand each individual’s needs, working closely with staff to ensure accommodations and comfort, always with the mindset of “we can do that.”

We are grateful for this partnership and proud to continue making a positive impact in our community, one smile at a time. 🦷✨
