🥗 Add more fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and lean proteins
🚶 Aim for at least 30 minutes of physical activity each day

🩺 Get your cholesterol checked regularly to stay on track

Please join us in welcoming our 2026 Emerging Leaders! 🌟 We kicked off this year’s journey with a day focused on connection, reflection, and growth.

🧘‍♀️ We started with yoga led by Melanie Yocum, grounding ourselves and setting intentions for the year ahead.
🕸️ Next, Kim guided us through “The Web We Weave,” a powerful activity reminding us that we’re all connected at Health Partners—and that there is real strength in those connections.
💛 Melanie then led us through meaningful inner child work, creating space for self-awareness and personal growth.
🎶 We closed the day with a restorative sound healing session, leaving everyone feeling centered and inspired.

We’re so excited to see how this group will grow, lead, and continue weaving stronger connections across our organization this year. 💚
