Residents were running for the roses during Friday’s Happy Hour as we celebrated the running of the 152nd Kentucky Derby. Chef John and his team featured Mint Juleps along side pimento cheese sliders and lemon butter cakes. The combination of flavors is a classic nod to Southern hospitality and the spirit of the Kentucky Derby.
