DEAR COMMUNITY:

After 15 years in the health and wellness field, I am taking a sabbatical. If you are a local client, this means that the brick-and-mortar office will be closing, and my last day is April 30, 2026.

To help with the transition, I've created a special Unlimited Acupuncture Pass for you to schedule as many acupuncture sessions as you wish before my sabbatical begins. Whether you are a new or returning client, I look forward to supporting you!

Although the one-to-one acupuncture portion of my business will be on pause, all virtual services, including astrology and breathwork will continue as usual.

This decision was hard to make, and I will sincerely miss seeing every one in-person. But, I am excited about what is on the horizon.

Starting this month, I am hosting a 4-week nature writing and breathwork class, Inner Ecology: Writing with Nature Series. The first session begins on July 27th, and we’ll meet on four consecutive Saturdays to delve into selected readings by Jamie Figueroa, Lauret E. Savoy, Toni Morrison, and Jesmyn Ward.

More than ever, we need spaces to imagine and create ourselves into the future, into what is possible. If you're looking for a place to be held, to write and remember, I hope you can join me.

I am deeply honored to provide a container for deep listening and look forward to welcoming folks from all levels of meditation and writing experience.
