Tender Home Care Established in 1998 for PASSPORT services & private pay, Tender Home Care, has been providing home health services to all of Allen & surrounding counties.

Home health care provides an alternative to the hospital stay and to the nursing home. For more than a century, home care has been helping individuals to recover in the comfort and security of their homes with family members near by. The patient's home is the health care setting. The goal of Tender Home Care is to provide, promote, maintain, and restore patient health in the privacy of their own home while maximizing patient independence. Scheduler is on call 24 hours a day to assist the client and/or the family needs.
