To all of our patients Dr. Goyal is retiring and is closing the practice last day in office is 4/6/22. We sent out letter that contained a letter of recommendations for other physicians as well as a medical release form that needs to be filled out and returned to us if you want a referral or if you want to pick up your medical records. Thank you it has been a pleasure taking care of you!!
