Been seeing some negativity on other people’s ig’s (not mine of course). It always starts with “I hate it when some “influencer” says xyz…”. First, they’re a person posting something on a fake highlight reel. How many followers do you need to become an “influencer?”. Second, we are all influencers. Just by being generally nice and pleasant you can influence quite a bit. Think globally, influence locally. You only need to influence one or two people to change the world. Mostly probably by simply not discouraging them. Somewhere Ken Jennings’s or Mary Jackson’s fourth grade teacher is thinking “I’m glad I didn’t discourage them.” For now I’ll be grateful I don’t have too many “followers.” I don’t think I could handle people telling me they hate when I post stuff lol.

But you can cultivate who you follow, so that you learn the stuff you’re interested in. Highly recommend.
