Lochhaven Apartments Built in 1986, Lochhaven was the first Senior Living facility in Lima. Lochhaven has 47 Independent Apartments and 12 Assisted Living Apartments.

Connected to Lima Convalescent Home, one of the premier Nursing Homes in the area, Lochhaven added Assisted Living services and Therapy services along with their Independent Apartments. Our peaceful campus offers a continuum of care for senior residents, from Independent Living to Assisted Living to Nursing Home or Rehab care. The evening meal, monthly housekeeping and all utilities, except television and phone, are included with the base rent for our Independent Apartments. Residents have a choice of 3 Entrees every evening in our dining room. Additional services are available from our a la carte’ services menu. There are activities available every day to keep you as active as you want to be. From outside speakers and church services, to Bingo, exercise, and games of all sorts, Lochhaven has it all. Our Assisted Living Apartments are all-inclusive. Residents receive three meals a day, personal care services, laundry and housekeeping weekly, Medication Assistance and staff checks every two hours.
