Each Ohio safety council has the same goal - to increase safety, health and wellness awareness. But developing and maintaining a safe and healthy workplace is no easy task. That is why it must be a combined effort of local businesses and the community. BWC’s Division of Safety & Hygiene sponsors more than 80 safety councils across the state, organized through chambers of commerce, trade and manufacturing associations, American Red Cross chapters or other local safety-minded organizations. These safety councils provide their local communities with quality programs addressing occupational safety, health, wellness, workers’ compensation and risk management education and information. They inform participants about new techniques, products and services, and provide a thorough knowledge of these services. West Central Ohio Safety Council has received Safety Council of the Year awards from the Ohio Bureau of Workers' Compensation for exceeding the criteria for effective safety councils. ✨ Boots & Tack Needed – Help Support Our Ministry! 🤠🐴 *Please message us for contact info, we can also pickup items if needed!

🥾 We are currently seeking gently used cowboy and cowgirl boots of any size to build up a stock for people who may not have access to them. These boots will be a huge blessing for the youth/participants involved in our ministry!

We're also in need of horse supply and tack donations—anything from wheelbarrows, sawdust forks, saddles, bridles, grooming supplies, halters, water troughs and a Round Pen. If you have extra gear you'd be willing to part with, it could make a big difference!

✨ We can provide an item donation form upon request for tax purposes.

🙏🏻 Thank you for helping us restore, redeem, and rescue young lives through the love of horses and the hope of Christ!
