WHEN: THURSDAYS 6pm.

You deserve peace. Unwind and float into stillness with this mellow, restorative aerial yoga class. Using low-hanging silk hammocks and supportive props, you'll gently release tension, increase flexibility, and open the body through a soothing blend of Yin and Restorative yoga techniques.

Each class begins and ends in meditation, accompanied by the calming resonance of a singing bowl, offering you the space to deeply relax—suspended in air like you're resting on a cloud.
