Holiday schedule this week.....we are open Tuesday for our normal programming. Postpartum Yoga for Parents with their babies is at 10am $25 to drop in or use a class card punch.

Latch & Learn Breastfeeding Support Group at 11. Always free. Open to anyone who has gotten human milk into a human baby in any way. Older siblings are welcome to join.

We will be closed Wednesday through Sunday to spend some time with our families and pause for gratitude. Individual practitioners may still be holding appointments so reach out if you need support.

As the space we share is being used for a polling location we are closed today for everyone's safety. If you haven't already, we encourage you to use this time to vote today.

Postpartum Yoga class will be held at Victory Park todayat 10. Bring a mat or towel for you and your baby.

We'll catch you Thursday for Toddler Yoga adventures at 10 and Tummy Time class at 11.

If you and/or you baby are struggling with Breastfeeding and you can't wait for next week's group, DM, or text us to schedule a consultation or quick weighted feed this week.
