Hello Ladies,

I have taken alot of time during this break to take stock of my physical and mental health, and have come to a decision. It is with great sadness that I can not continue to offer Zumba or MNM for the foreseeable future. I have been dealing with Post COVID Syndrome for the last 2.5 years, hoping for the best, but now need to focus my attention on some serious self care.

Hello Zeeps!

Hope you all are well. Unfortunately, I am still very sick with extremely sore/swollen throat, fever, headache/bodyache, etc. And I am VERY frustrated! Therefore, ZUMBA IS CXL again tonight WEDNESDAY, FEB 7th. I apologize for another CXL, but I don't think it would be good for any of us for me to try to "tough it out". You don't often hear me say THAT!

At any rate, please respond to one of my many posts, so I know you got the word!

Hope you all are well. Unfortunately, I am pretty sick since last Friday, and don't think it is prudent for my well-being OR YOURS for me to instruct class tonight. 😪 Apparently, i am not alone as i have 6 other cancelations!!, Therefore,
ZUMBA IS CXL TONIGHT, MONDAY FEBRUARY 5TH.
I am planning on seeing you on Wednesday night!!

No experience needed, beginners to advanced welcome as movement options are provided for all levels.

Don't hibernate for the winter, keep your body moving with ZUMBA!!!
Join us for our winter session Monday and Wednesday nights 6 to 7pm in the Limington Historical Building!
This 6 week session runs January 8 through February 14th!!!!
Fee: Twice a week = $95, once per week = $50, pay as you go = $10/class!

As Lance tested positive for Influenza A, and the rest of us are also sick, still with fever, ZUMBA IS CXL TONIGHT, MONDAY, DEC. 4TH. I think it best not to expose you all, as I am contagious until 24hr fever free. HOPE TO SEE YOU WEDNESDAY!!!!

REMEMBER, IF THIS IS YOUR FIRST CLASS, YOU CAN TRY IT BEFORE YOU PAY! IF IT'S NOT FOR YOU (rarely happens :) ), pay $10 for just the class, but if you like it/LOVE it (mostly!), pay for the session!
