New Moon Yoga Lincoln City New Moon Yoga is a nonprofit yoga studio located inside the Lincoln City Cultural Center. We offer a variety of yoga classes every day of the week.

Class registration is available via website, but not necessary - just come join us! All are welcome here!

✨ New Year, New Intention ✨
In yoga, we begin the year not with resolutions, but with a sankalpa—a heartfelt intention rooted in your true nature, not what you need to fix.
A sankalpa is a single word, or a short, positive statement, spoken in the present tense, such as “I accept myself fully" or “I trust my inner wisdom.” It comes from the heart, not the to-do list.
✨ Why set a sankalpa?
• It aligns mind, body, and the sub-conscious
• It offers gentle direction without pressure
• It becomes an inner compass you can return to anytime.
Today, take a quiet moment. Listen inward. Let your intention arise naturally—and carry it with you as a steady thread through the year ahead.
