New Moon Yoga Lincoln City New Moon Yoga is a nonprofit yoga studio located inside the Lincoln City Cultural Center. We offer a variety of yoga classes every day of the week.

Class registration is available via website, but not necessary - just come join us! All are welcome here!

This Thursday, April 16 at noon, join us at NMY for a special one hour class with Senior Ivengar Yoga Instructor Lisa Walford. This week's session will focus on neck and shoulders.
Lisa's final session of this month's series is next Thursday at noon, focusing on a dynamic practice including inversions and backward extensions.
Both classes are included with your monthly membership or punch card, or you can do a drop in rate!

Join special guest teacher Lisa Walford for an introductory workshop on Iyengar Yoga. Lisa is a wealth of knowledge with decades of experience practicing and teaching yoga. This is a unique opportunity to learn the basics of B.K.S. Iyengar's method, in which you will learn anatomy and body mechanics as it applies to yoga postures, allowing you to practice yoga safely, potentially deepening your experience of yoga as you approach each posture with intention.
