My birthday is in 2 days. I kept seeing these “pie” cakes on Pinterest and wanted to make an apple one. So, I made it for my birthday filled with all my favorite fall flavors. Yes it’s Apple season not pumpkin spice season (yet). So, I present to you MY version of the “pie” cakes. It’s green to match a Granny Smith apple. The brown frosting“crust” part oxidized a bit to dark. But it’s still cute! Also inspiration photo is the last one!

It’s a Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal milk cake (so yummy) with a homemade apple filling.
