“Why I hold space?”
Science tells us that the body is always trying to get back to homeostasis and that when we rest, meditate or sleep this gives it an opportunity to do so.

Honestly, my favorite part of being a nurse while I was doing direct patient care was when my patients were sleeping. During those moments, I knew they were healing.

I feel the same way about witnessing sound therapy attendees resting. They are making room for internal and external repair.

THIS is WHY I hold space…🙏
