Volunteer Lift Up Spotlight 🌟

Each month, NEDS volunteers lift each other up by nominating fellow coaches who made a positive impact during lessons. At the end of the month, one name is drawn, and the winner receives a gift card to a local shop or restaurant as a thank you for going above and beyond.

Our December 2️⃣0️⃣2️⃣5️⃣ Lift Up winner is Jacob 🎉
A 3rd-year Pre-Adaptive Coach (PAC) in the winter and a dedicated volunteer in our summer programs, Jacob was nominated 4️⃣ times in December, an incredible testament to his commitment, positivity, and impact on the snow.

Volunteers are the absolute best. 💙

Today’s lesson was a complex one, and our volunteers went above and beyond (as usual) making sure every detail was just right. I bet laying on the floor wasn’t in their cards today, but they did it anyway to ensure the best possible experience for our athlete.

This level of care, teamwork, and diligence is what makes our lessons possible and our athletes successful. We are endlessly grateful for the heart, patience, and dedication our volunteers bring to the mountain every single day. 🙌❄️
