Let’s be honest: sometimes the most therapeutic thing you can do for your body is cancel the plan, silence the group chat and take the nap.

Stress doesn’t just live in your head. It lives in your body, especially in your pelvic floor.
When you’re constantly saying yes to everything and everyone, your body holds that tension. That tight jaw, clenched glutes, buzzing mind? It’s all connected.

Your pelvic floor is part of your stress response system.
When stress goes up, so does muscle tension.
When you slow down, breathe deeply and set a boundary? You’re giving your pelvic floor room to relax.
