Small town values don't mean small ambitions.

At Neighborhood LTC Pharmacy, we're constantly looking for ways to serve our clients better; whether that's streamlining how medications are delivered to facilities, investing in tools that help caregivers manage complex regimens, or building partnerships that expand access to care.

Because the families and caregivers we work with deserve a pharmacy that's always one step ahead.

Innovation isn't just a buzzword here. It's how we love our neighbors well.

Curious about how we support your facility or care team? Let's connect.

As Developmental Disabilities Awareness Month comes to a close, we want to say something plainly:

This work doesn't end when the month does.

For the families, caregivers, and individuals we serve - your needs are year-round. Your trust is year-round. And our commitment to showing up for you? Absolutely year-round.

At Neighborhood LTC Pharmacy, IDD care isn't a cause of the month. It's the heart of everything we do.

Thank you to every caregiver, advocate, and partner who makes this community stronger. We're honored to be your neighbor.

Spring is officially here. And while the season is changing, one thing stays constant: the incredible dedication of the caregivers in our community.

But here's your gentle reminder from us:

You can't pour from an empty cup.

This spring, we're encouraging every caregiver to take one small step toward your own wellbeing - whether that's a 10-minute walk, a conversation with a friend, or simply letting yourself rest.

Your health matters too. And a supported caregiver is the greatest gift to the person in your care.

What's one thing you're doing for yourself this spring? Share below.

Behind every care plan, every late-night medication question, every reassuring voice on the phone...there's often a woman who chose this work because she couldn't imagine doing anything else! ❤️

This Women's History Month, we're honoring the women who keep the caregiving world moving:

The nurses and pharmacists on the front lines.
The family caregivers who give everything, every day.
The advocates pushing for better IDD resources and support.

At Neighborhood LTC Pharmacy, women make up a tremendous part of our team, our mission, and our community. And we're proud of every single one of them.

Tag a woman in your life who embodies what care looks like.

We don't rely on luck around here.

"Lucky" pharmacies hope the right medication arrives on time. Neighborhood pharmacies make sure it does.

"Lucky" pharmacies hope caregivers feel supported. Neighborhood pharmacies call to check in.

"Lucky" pharmacies cross their fingers. We cross every T and dot every I - because the people we serve deserve nothing less.

Happy St. Patrick's Day from our team to yours. What's something in your caregiving routine you're grateful for this week?

This month, we're asking the caregivers, families, and advocates in our community a simple but powerful question:

What's one thing you wish more people understood about caring for someone with IDD?

There's no right answer - just real ones. We created this space to listen, learn, and stand alongside you.

Drop your thoughts in the comments. Your words might be exactly what another caregiver needs to hear today.

March is National Nutrition Month, and for caregivers supporting individuals with IDD, nutrition and medication management go hand in hand.

Here are a few things our pharmacy team wants every caregiver to know:

Some medications are best taken with food - and some aren't. Always ask us which is which.
Certain vitamins and supplements can interact with prescriptions. Let's review together.
Hydration matters more than you think - especially for individuals on long-term medications.

Small adjustments in daily routines can make a real difference in how medications work. That's small-town wisdom with big-time impact.

Have a nutrition or medication question? Reach out to your Neighborhood LTC Pharmacy team anytime.

1 in 6 people in the United States has an intellectual or developmental disability. 💙

That's not a small number. That's millions of individuals, each with their own story, their own needs, and their own circle of people who love and care for them deeply.

At Neighborhood LTC Pharmacy, those individuals aren't a demographic. They're our neighbors. They're the reason we answer the phone on the first ring, the reason we triple-check every prescription, and the reason we show up; not just as a pharmacy, but as a partner in care.

IDD Awareness Month is a reminder that awareness without action means very little. So this month — and every month — we're committed to doing the work that actually makes a difference.

To every caregiver, family member, and advocate in our community: we see you, and we're honored to be in your corner. 🏡

March is here, and for us, it is one of the most meaningful months of the year!

National Developmental Disabilities Awareness Month reminds us why we show up every single day: to serve the individuals and caregivers who trust us with some of life's most important moments.

And as we honor Women's History Month, we're proud that so many of the dedicated hands in our pharmacy, and in the caregiving field, belong to women who pour their hearts into this work.

This month, we'll be sharing stories, spotlights, and moments that remind us all why .

Winter brings more than cold weather. It can disrupt daily routines, create changes in activity levels, and impact mood.

Care teams play a crucial role in keeping transitions smooth:

→ Communicate changes clearly to everyone involved in the routine.
→ Maintain consistent medication organization to avoid missed or delayed doses.
→ Plan ahead for schedule shifts, weather-related disruptions, and social events.

Small steps and proactive planning can make seasonal transitions calmer, safer, and more predictable—helping individuals thrive and care teams feel confident.
