We are thrilled to welcome Dr. Lauren Violette, DNP, PMHNP-BC to our practice! Lauren's experience in family medicine, critical care, and NICU led her to pursue specialized training in psychiatric mental health, with a focus on supporting women, trauma-related conditions, and mood and anxiety disorders.

Lauren aims to help her clients by creating a safe, supportive space where they feel truly heard and understood.

She takes the time to learn each person’s story, values, and goals, and works collaboratively to develop a treatment plan that feels both effective and respectful.

By integrating evidence-based medication management with a holistic understanding of emotional, physical, and social factors, Lauren supports clients in building insight, resilience, and meaningful change.

Happy 1-year workaversary to our Director of Clinical Training, Nicole Molina! It's hard to believe she's only been a part of Attunement for a year, as she's become such an integral part of our team. On any given day, you can hear Nicole's infectious laughter echoing down the hallways of our office, find her leaving small gifts on her colleagues' desks, and sharing her big heart and wise mind with her clients and supervisees.
