✨ Let’s Reintroduce Erica ✨

I’ve been with Refyne for just under 3 years now! I first graduated from esthetic school in 2007 knowing that I wanted to eventually become a nurse. I always kept up my esthetics license and passion for skincare, because I knew I would find my way back to this industry someday.

While in nursing school, I worked as a cardiac tech and PRN esthetician. After graduating from Bryan in 2015, I spent 2 years in pediatrics and women’s health before moving to Labor & Delivery. I will always cherish my time on L&D and am so grateful for that experience.

After about 5 years, I transitioned to PACU at a surgery center for a better work/life balance. Eventually, that path led me to Refyne—where I get to combine both my nursing and esthetics background to care for clients every day.

I truly cherish every interaction I have with my patients. Education has always been a huge passion of mine, and I love that this industry is one where we never stop learning.

We have some exciting things happening this year and I’m so grateful to be part of your skincare and wellness journey.

Reintroducing Haley — Founder, NP, & Medical Director of Refyne

My career in medicine began in 2001 as a dietary aide in our local hospital. I advanced to CNA in 2004, earned my RN, BSN in 2008, and completed my Nurse Practitioner degree in 2016. In 2017, I stepped into aesthetics and found the specialty that truly aligned with my passion.

What began as an entry-level hospital role has grown into 25 years in healthcare, 10 years as a Nurse Practitioner, and nearly a decade dedicated to aesthetic medicine.

Refyne wasn’t built overnight. It was built on experience, clinical judgment, long hours, and a deep respect for practicing medicine the right way.

Outside the clinic, I’m happiest wrapped in a heated blanket with a warm cup of coffee, cheering on my kids at their sporting events, and soaking up any sunshine — preferably in the crisp Colorado air. I’m constantly multitasking as a mom and business owner, holding down the fort when my husband travels for work, and squeezing in a good podcast or self-improvement book whenever I can.

Refyne reflects everything I believe medicine should be — intentional, elevated, and led with integrity. I’m proud of what we’ve built, and even more proud to serve this community.
