We had an absolute blast at Night of the Races with the Rotary Club! 🐎✨ Not only did I get to dress up and meet so many wonderful people, but I even won a raffle for free Pilates classes 🧘🏼‍♀️💜— and of course, placed my bets on the horses too! 🐴💃 A night full of fun, laughs, and great memories. ❤️

Productive, not burned out. ✨
Here are the simple things helping me stay focused on my next project:

• Do the hard thing first
• 3 MITs: pick 3 Most-Important-Tasks and protect them
• Time block + tiny breaks (45–50 min work, 5–10 min reset)
• Single-task (park distractions on a “later” list)
• Close the loop: 5-min end-of-day tidy/plan for tomorrow

Gut-happy, cozy, and colorful — here are quick facts + easy ideas:

Gut-loving fall facts:
• Pumpkin & squash: fiber + beta-carotene (vitamin A) to nourish & glow 🎃
• Apples & pears: pectin = prebiotic fiber your microbiome loves 🍎
• Sweet potato: fiber + slow carbs; cool & reheat to boost resistant starch 🍠
• Brussels/cabbage/kale: cruciferous fiber + phytos for everyday balance 🥬
• Beets: natural nitrates + antioxidants for that rosy glow 🥗
• Cranberries & pomegranate: polyphenols = tiny powerhouses 🍇
• Cinnamon/ginger/turmeric: warming spices that support digestion ✨
