April was a busy and exciting month for Michelle and Erica! They had the chance to attend several wonderful community events, including game nights, wellness fairs, and family nights. We are so grateful for the opportunity to connect with so many communities and appreciate everyone who welcomed us in throughout April. We cannot wait to see what May has in store!

Erica has been busy this past week bringing smiles and connection to our community while sharing CHP’s mission 💙

She kicked things off by creating “Sunny Sundaes” for the residents at Edgewood Vista Hastings on Sunday 🍨☀️ and wrapped up the week hosting a fun game of Jeopardy at Westfield Quality Care of Aurora alongside Tracy, their amazing Activities Director!

We love seeing our team out in the community making meaningful connections and brightening days wherever they go 😊
