It's been a few busy weeks thanks to + all the amazing networking that has come from being their 100th client 🙌

It was surreal to be at recoding studio yesterday for our segment coming out this Sunday!

To walk in and see "NH business" and know that I was there representing all that we've gained, lost, and planned for the the future- I was at peace and grateful as ever.

Thank you all for being such a patient and supportive community!

From our humble new homestead to our high mountain adventures, we are so thankful to be walking into this year's chapter of work with confidence, resources and partnerships that fuel us with all the good stuff! ✨

Year four is for the those seeking change from the inside out. For the hikers, the meditators, the paddlers and most importantly - the ones who want to LEARN!

Our Adventure Word Of The Year: TRUST

Our goal is that every event creates a clear opportunity for our community to learn to trust their instricts and have faith in the great unknown. In a world where fear and confusion often take hold, the outdoors and Rooted Rose are here to be a safe space to grow, enjoy and expand with respect and celebration.

Bundle up to soak it up, yall! 🙏🌞❄️

Tips for playing and resting outside in the colder seasons:

☃️ dress up in plenty of waterproof, no cotton layers so you can stay cozy and dry!
☃️ always make sure to have good coverage on your fingers, head, and feet! Hats, gloves, and non-cotton, thick socks underneath your boots
☃️ speaking of footwear, make sure to find something with a strong grip on the bottom and waterproof material so your feet can stay dry and you can enjoy being outdoors for longer
☃️ if you'd like to lay down, bring a tarp or camping pad with you to a sunny spot that a strong amount of snow pack set up and lay out!

Remember, that the sun is just as strong so protect yourself with what makes you feel most comfortable and don't be afraid to try something new! Any questions??? Don't hesitate to reach out! ✨🌞🌨️

Starting the New Year off w/ a majestic visitor 🐾

We've had a raccoon family, a larger bear in June, a buck and his ladies and now our first official Bobcat 🙏

The power of synchronicity in life is amplified when you draw closer to the natural world. The world that belongs to us, the four legged and the winged all in one.

For example, in slide 3 you will see an excerpt form a tracking book called "The Wild Within" that I had just picked up for the first time in 8 years where chapter one discusses tracking Bobcats.

Not even eight hours later we get this first glimpse of a feline visitor just like this in all it's glory!

Some cultures may say coincidence, while other cultures and religions say it's a clear sign of God and affirmation that our path is clear.

Whatever it is for you, we all can relate that it's a gift to be a witness to the wild and that is why we love what we do.

We host offerings to explote the inner and outer landscapes of life.

We show up consisntely to build our programs to build curiosity and education filled opportunities because it's needed in this tech obsessed wolrd.

We take these risks so future generations can continue to protect and appreciate the gifts of the wilderness.

And yes we may be entering year for of our business, but it seems like this Bobcat is here to remind us "This has only just begun..."

Blessed Winter Solsticd From Our Rooted Family To You❄️✨💙

We are so thankful for all the gifts and milestones that 2025 brought our way, the partnerships that bloomed, and of course the yurt being the greatest gift we could ask for.

As the light reminds us today, may we honor what has come and make time to go inward with sensitivity, compassion and purpose.

There has been a deep pulse underneath the surface in 2025 for rooted rose.

We have been working on the yurt any weekend chance, hosting private group events, building local connections and most importantly...rebranding at a slow and simple pace.

There has been a shift ever since we raised the yurt that called us to open our eyes and hearts to what is sustainable and what's next.

We feel so thankful that through it all we've been able to work with on a brand booklet, the Z team marketing students on an entire brand audit, an amazing mentor Janie from the + more folks like and to capture the yurt in its baby stages.

It is all building up to what we feel is a very fruitful 2026 and we are so thankful to start implementing all this great BTS work to connect back more with you.

As Domenic works so hard on his carpentry for + .halaby finished grad school , this rooted garden of roses will continue to be pruned, harvest, planted and enjoyed by all and by this time next year- will officially be run by the LaRosas 🥲🩷

So stay tuned as we keep building businesses, find a home, and get freakin married all in the next year! We are thankful for every community member and bit of support that comes our way.

Two years ago today we kicked off our first ever international retreat with this special group of incredible individuals who changed our lives✨ missing you + Hugging you tight Sicily crew & again thank you to for holding us tight + for making it all possible 🫂

It feels like the perfect day to share gratitude in honor of this anniversary.

We are so thankful to watch our work adapt and to have reached so many milestones as we find our way as a business.

From friendships, to new connections, pals across the country..this retreat was the perfect example of what it means to all came together to let go and let love(the theme of the 2023 retreat!)

Ever since this trip it has felt we have been on a grand path of transformation, shifting as a business, starting another one and every hike, flight, or workshop and it all has been WORTH IT.

Closing this throwback out with a big LOVE YOU and THANK YOU to these souls who trusted us two years back to take them to the island of Sicily 🇮🇹

Leading retreats is a huge part of why we started this business and although we've been on a little pause..we are so excited for what's in store in the years to come 🌊

It's been a while since we were able to host a whole weekend together and it feels so good ✨🙏🙌

We have arrived for the annual and are just so happy to be here amongst the evergreens, shifting leaves and beings from all over.

Back in the deep northern NH mountains where the stars shine bright and the people gather with intention.

We are so ready for some incredible adventures over the next few days and will be sharing as much as we can along the way ✨🌊🙏

Couples in business together, where ya at?! 😅🤍

In the last year, we started up our second business to support the long term goal of this rooted rose dream.

Now in ways we never thought possible, we find ourselves networking with the kindest people, working on dreamy properties and seeing the longevity come to light.

We've come to find that Rooted Rose is the flowing feminine business that goes with the seasons, with creativity and constant flux of flow and freedom. While LaRosa Woodworks is the strong masculine, always needed, hands on no matter what and ready to lead and show up when the winds are too wild.

At times it's been like pulling teeth, to accept that we both have strengths that aren't always best used side by side.

Like nature, we've had to let old versions of the business die so new ones could be reborn.

This one, feels like our favorite chapter yet.

Actively growing both brands, seeing them coexist in the best ways like trail building and custom creations for people in wellness, or our nature therapy clients, all while seeing them make the most beautiful co creation which is the build of our Land Based Education Center in the works.

It has been a while since we talked about who's behind the scenes and we felt this picture perfectly encompassed the way LW has been holding the vision of RR in the highest regard to make it where we are today.

Here's to every thorn, stem, leaf and BLOOM to come by each other side 🌹

And you knowwwww we keep it in the family! Cant wait to celebrate our nuptials on 9/26/26 at the under the full harvest moon 🌕

We are still cheesing this big after Outdoor Fest 2025! 🙏

On our guided hike up Stinson Mountain on Sunday, we stumbled upon this epic birch shed and just had to share it with y'all! ⛰️

Reasons why Birch trees shed/we are all one with nature :

Shedding is when large sections of bark, known as 'sheds,' as a natural growth process. This shedding allows the tree to expand and adapt to changing environments. Additionally, it helps protect the tree from pests and diseases while preventing damage from fluctuations in temperature and moisture.

We all need a little bit of that every now and again, huh?!

One of the most fulfilling parts of our adventures is sharing nature nuggets and fun facts about New Hampshire. We love seeing people's eyes light up as they learn about the wonders of our land. Here are some interesting tidbits about birch trees:

•Pioneer Species: Birch trees are often the first to grow back in areas disturbed by fire or other events, helping to revitalize the ecosystem.

•Unique Bark: Their beautiful, papery bark can be used for crafting items like baskets, fire building and even artistry showcasing their versatility as a resource

•Longevity: The oldest recorded birch tree is a silver birch (Betula pendula) located in the UK, which is estimated to be over 150 years old. In general, birch trees can have lifespans ranging from 30 to 150 years, depending on the species and environmental conditions.

•Medicinal Uses: Birch leaves and bark have been traditionally used in herbal medicine for their anti-inflammatory and diuretic properties, offering benefits to those who explore natural remedies.

Goodbye April, you've been oh so good 🏔️🤍🫶

This month has been a time of meaningful connections, a solidification of our goals, and a deepening of our vision. 🌱

From the Begin Again retreat to taking our biggest step yet towards our land this weekend, we are constantly being reminded to listen closely to what the long term journey is asking of us.

As our clients, we invite you to read and reflect with us as we share some insights above and to reflect on some of your gratitudes for this month as well.

Over the last 5 years since we met and our 3 years in business, all of your support has been invaluable, and we love knowing we're building sometning that is meant to last and be felt even when it's been years or weeks since we've seen each other. This work is meant to stick with you and you have stuck with us.

It truly takes a village, and we are so thankful to have the opportunity to steward the property so we all may nurture and gather together. So we may educate and conserve these lands that have given us so much!

Begin Again: A Journey Back To The Land🐍

🌊Connecting to the rushing water for hours, preparing for the plunge.

🌹Sharing laughter, delicious food and cacao medicine.

🔥Fire building and skills devolpment to fuel the primal flame.

🫂Compassion and empathy in community bringing us back to Earth.

These are just a few of the ways to describe what is pictured above and the best way we can invite others to understand is to get outside, explore and feel it for themselves.

This is your reminder to slow down and breathe into this season.

The feeling, the presence and the steps we all took to be there for this opportunity is something that is stored in our bodies, spirits and relationship to the lands now and is accessible to all of us.

Wether it's your backyard, your walk with your dog, or the view from your office..how can you take a moment to connect to presence and invite the Earth more into your heart?
