Never underestimate the difference you’ve made or the lives you’ve touched.

Dr. Fosnaugh has brought daily smiles and countless lessons to us for almost 10 years. We are so grateful for every story, every joke, and the genuine care he has shared with us and with Lincoln throughout his 40 plus year career.

While he will remain a part of LFMG, he has now seen his last official full day of patients and gets to focus on being Grandpa!

FOOD FORT – Feeding Our Future

SNAP Benefits for November Have Been Paused

What does this mean for families?
The majority of families that Food Fort serves rely on SNAP benefits (formerly known as food stamps) to feed their families. Due to the government shutdown, SNAP benefit funds have been frozen indefinitely, meaning these families will not receive the vital support they need to purchase food.

How You Can Help
While doing your weekly shopping, pick up some extra items from Food Fort’s donation list to help fill the growing gap that will soon become even larger. They anticipate the need to increase their capacity rapidly as our community’s needs grow.

Donation Drop-Off:
Lincoln Family Medical Group has set up a donation box in our waiting room.
