Be winter weather ready and prepare early for any potential weather storms this season. Dress warmly and limit your exposure to the cold to prevent frostbite. Layering up will help you stay warm, make sure to include an inner layer, insulation layer, and outer layer if you know you will be outside for long periods or preparing to travel. Stay dry and do not over-exert yourself a cause yourself to sweat which can cause you to lose more body heat.
