Today marks a milestone~500 hours as a yoga guide. Words fall short when I try to express how transformative this practice has been for my life. It continues to be a mirror, showing me where I’m growing, where I’m healing, and where I can soften. The stillness, the self-connection, the quiet conversations with my heart. All is a gift.
