It feels like everyone has been getting sick lately… 😷

Last weekend, my husband got hit HARD with a bug that completely took him out. And honestly? I was just waiting for it to sweep through the rest of our house next.

But thankfully, I’ve been keeping my Bee Propolis Spray on hand and using it daily to support our immune systems and so far, so good!

There are a lot of propolis sprays on the market but not all are created equal.

What I love about this one is:
✨It’s made with Brazilian green propolis, which is incredibly rich in Artepillin-C—a compound known for its powerful immune-supportive and antimicrobial properties
BUT what really sets it apart is that it’s blended with fermented Pu’er green tea from 250-year-old Himalayan trees

This means you’re getting a potent dose of polyphenols + beneficial microbial compounds that help:• strengthen your immune defenses• support a healthy oral microbiome (your first line of defense)• reduce inflammation + oxidative stress• and create a more resilient gut-immune connection

✨It also delivers pre-, pro-, and postbiotics in one—something you don’t see often in an on-the-go product

I’ve been using it anytime I feel run down, before being in crowded places, or when something is clearly “going around” (like right now)

It’s something I definitely recommend keeping on hand for when you need that extra immune boost!

Trust me your immune system will thank you 🤍

“I workout so hard… I just want to actually look like I workout.”

That’s what one of my clients said to me on our discovery call.

And honestly?
I felt that in my soul… because I’ve been there too.

She was doing everything right:
✅ Eating healthy✅ Strength training 4x/week✅ Walking 10,000 steps a day✅ Not drinking alcohol ✅ Sleeping well

And still…

Her body wasn’t changing the way she expected.

If you’ve ever thought:
“I’m doing everything right but not losing weight”
Or, “Why do I have unexplained weight gain?”

You’re definitely not alone.

What most women don’t realize is this:

You can be doing all the right things… but if your body is under stress, it won’t respond the way you want it to.

When we ran her labs, we found the same thing I discovered in my own:
👉 High stress load👉 But a LOW stress response

Meaning, her body had been under stress for so long…. it stopped responding the way it should.

And here’s the part no one talks about. You might not feel stressed… but your body could be dealing with hidden stressors like:
• Toxins in your skincare + cleaning products• The air you’re breathing• Even some of the “healthy” foods you’re eating• Nutrient deficiencies• Years of dieting, overtraining, and pushing through fatigue

All of that adds up.

And when your body is overwhelmed?

It impacts your hormones, your metabolism, inflammation… and your ability to lose weight.

This is why doing more isn’t always the answer.

For my clients (and myself), the shift happens when we:
✔️ Reduce stress on the body✔️ Support deficiencies with targeted nutrition + supplements✔️ Work with the body instead of constantly pushing it

That’s when things finally start to move.
Energy improves.Inflammation goes down. And your body starts responding again.

This is exactly what I help my clients with.

If you’re tired of doing everything right and still feeling stuck, it’s time to look deeper.

I have a couple 1:1 spots open, and I’m including a FREE metals + minerals lab test when you enroll.

Waking up at 3am isn’t random… and it’s not something you just have to live with.

For most women I work with, it comes down to:→ cortisol→ blood sugar→ stress on the body

Fix those… and sleep gets easier.

If you’re ready for real answers (not bandaids),comment SLEEP and I’ll send you details on my Perimenopause Hormone and Gut Reset program. ✨BONUS - I’m giving away a FREE Metals and Minerals Lab test to help uncover hidden mineral imbalances and heavy metal toxicities upon enrollment!

If your body feels harder to manage after 40…
it’s not random.

A lot of what we’ve been taught to do
actually works against our hormones at this stage.

The good news?

You don’t need to do more, you just need to do things differently.

Start small. Stay consistent.

Your body will respond if you work with it not against it.💕

You don’t need more discipline.

You need a different strategy.

I know this… because I lived it.

In my 20s and early 30s, weight loss felt simple.

If I wanted to lean out, I would:
– clean up my nutrition
– track my macros
– add in more workouts

And my body would respond.
And it worked the same way for my clients too.

Until it didn’t.

As I got closer to 40… everything started to shift.

The same strategies that used to work stopped working.

And I saw the exact same thing happening with my clients.

The older we all got, the harder it became to lose weight…

no matter how consistent or disciplined we were.

We weren’t doing anything wrong.

But our bodies were changing.

And here’s the part no one talks about:

It’s not a willpower problem.

After 40, your body becomes more sensitive to:
– blood sugar spikes
– stress (cortisol)
– hormonal shifts

Which means the old “eat less, move more” approach stops working the way it used to

That’s why you feel stuck.

But when you shift the approach and start focusing on:

✔ blood sugar balance
✔ hormone support
✔ working with your body instead of against it

Everything changes.
Less cravings.
More energy.

And finally… progress again.

If your body hasn’t been responding the same way lately…

you’re not crazy, and you’re not alone my friend.

You’ve probably heard that eating more protein can be extremely helpful for women, especially during perimenopause.

And maybe you’ve even been trying to increase your intake but you’re finding it harder than you thought.

The truth is, protein becomes even more important as we get into our 40s.

It helps support:✔️muscle mass✔️ metabolism✔️ blood sugar balance✔️ hormone health✔️ satiety (so you stay full longer)

But most women are still dramatically under-eating protein.

That’s exactly why I created my High Protein Cheat Sheet to make it easier.

If you want it, comment PROTEIN below and I’ll send it your way!
