We Still Accept United Health Care!

We want to clarify some recent confusion regarding our participation with United Health Care (UHC). Although the UHC provider directory inadvertently removed our providers from their listings, we are still in-network and happily accepting UHC patients.

We are actively working with United Health Care to resolve this issue and ensure our information is accurately reflected in their directory as soon as possible.

If you have any concerns or need assistance verifying your benefits or scheduling an appointment, please don't hesitate to call our office. Thank you for your patience and understanding as we work to correct this error.

🌟 Holiday Hours Announcement 🌟

In observance of Thanksgiving, Lincoln Internal Medicine Associates will be closed on Thursday, November 28th (Thanksgiving Day) and Friday, November 29th (Black Friday) to allow our team to spend time with their loved ones.

We will reopen with normal hours on Monday, December 2nd.

☀️🌴 Summer is here, and so are the fun outdoor activities! Whether you're hitting the beach, hiking trails, or just enjoying a backyard BBQ, it's important to stay hydrated and healthy. Here are some cool summer health tips to keep you feeling your best:
💧 Stay Hydrated: Drink plenty of water throughout the day. Don't wait until you're thirsty to hydrate—by then, you could already be dehydrated!
🍉 Eat Water-Rich Foods: Snack on fruits and veggies with high water content like watermelon, cucumbers, and oranges. They’re not only delicious but also help keep you hydrated.
🧴 Protect Your Skin: Apply sunscreen with at least SPF 30 before heading outdoors, and don't forget to reapply every two hours, especially if you're swimming or sweating.
👒 Stay Cool: Wear lightweight, light-colored clothing and a wide-brimmed hat to keep cool and protect yourself from the sun's harmful rays.
