Our Leadership Academy 2.0 participants came together in late December for an engaging session focused on personal values, leadership mindset, and teamwork under pressure. From meaningful discussions on armored versus daring leadership to a hands on emergency scenario exercise, the group explored what it means to lead with purpose and intention.
