There is something really powerful about feeling safe enough to be honest with yourself. So many people move through life holding things in or feeling like they have to push through without support. Having a space where you can slow down and look at your life from a different perspective can change so much.

This kind of work is about understanding yourself with more compassion and learning how to support your whole self, both mentally and physically and I am always so grateful to be trusted in that process.

Saying yes to things without thinking, filling your time with things that don't light you up, reacting to what is in front of you - those can all be easy to do when you're moving on autopilot...and before you know it, your days start to feel disconnected from what you actually want.

A question like this creates a moment to check in with yourself and gently ask if what you are doing or giving your energy to is supporting the life you are trying to build. Just coming back to this question, again and again, can slowly guide you toward something that feels more aligned and intentional.
