May 10th, 2024 will be 14 years of providing physical therapy services to Lincoln and the surrounding communities! We appreciate the community support. We have really made some good relationships with our clients over the years. After spending several visits with patients and having returning patients, we really get to know each other well. Looking forward for more years to come. Below is a good stretch for Golfer's elbow or flip your hand over and stretch it the other direction for Tennis elbow. With the weather changing for us to be more active outside, you might need both stretches soon!

Coddington Physical Therapy, LLC located in west Lincoln has officially been open for 13 years! We opened on May 10th, 2010. Thanks to all of our supporters including current and past patients, referring physicians, family, and friends! We have made some great relationships over the last 13 years!
