Empowered Healing We offer a variety of wellness treatments including massage, sound therapy, salt therapy, and a community wellness studio.

We are a massage studio located in Historic University Place in Lincoln, Nebraska. We believe that massage should be a regular part of your wellness. We also believe that massage has many therapeutic benefits and is very beneficial for those suffering from muscle pain and specific conditions including headaches, muscle spasms, frozen shoulder, sciatica, insomnia, and high anxiety and stress levels to name a few. It is our goal to create a relaxing environment for our clients to take a moment to listen to their body's needs and feel better.

We are so excited to start offering a new add on to massage services! Introducing Clark's Herbal Remedies. Clark’s Herbal Cream is a topical botanical pain relief cream made from six active all natural botanical ingredients including copaiba basalm, clary sage, ylang ylang, arnica, sweet birch, and yarrow to aid in your relaxation. Individuals experience a numbing effect and a deeper muscular relaxation. This non-narcotic, non-systemic cream is a great option for focus massage sessions.

Add to your session for an additional $15 per 60 minute massage/$25 per 90 minute massage.

Experience a transformative Winter Solstice Qi Gong and meditation practice - honoring the still point between darkness and the returning light. Slow down, reset, and get aligned with the new year. Join together for low impact movement and guided meditation to refresh your energy, maintain balance, and feel more present.

Did you know that we offer Vibrational Sound Therapy sessions at Empowered Healing?

Vibrational Sound Therapy is a holistic practice used to reduce stress and tension with reported benefits of relaxation and ease. This ancient practice can be administered with the use of instruments such as gongs, metal bowls, crystal bowls, chimes, drums, etc.

Clients stay fully clothed in a restful environment while bowls are placed on the body, as in a private sessions, or surrounded by several instruments in a group session. If you need a break from life’s chaos, schedule a session today to test out the results for yourself.

Yuletide Party 2025!

We gathered together to celebrate the season as a team and acknowledged our accomplishments over the past year. Everyone received an award commemorating their special talents and energy that they bring to the studio. We then had a fun White Elephant gift exchange with a holiday inspired story and then braved the cold for Zoo Lights!

The team voted to crown Courteney Turner as the 2025 Unicorn! The Unicorn award goes to the team member who has gone above and beyond, sharing their multiple skills and talents with the studio, and made everyone feel supported and cared for.
