Empowered Healing We offer a variety of wellness treatments including massage, sound therapy, salt therapy, and a community wellness studio.

We are a massage studio located in Historic University Place in Lincoln, Nebraska. We believe that massage should be a regular part of your wellness. We also believe that massage has many therapeutic benefits and is very beneficial for those suffering from muscle pain and specific conditions including headaches, muscle spasms, frozen shoulder, sciatica, insomnia, and high anxiety and stress levels

to name a few. It is our goal to create a relaxing environment for our clients to take a moment to listen to their body's needs and feel better.

We still have spots left in our upcoming couples DATE NIGHT workshop this Saturday, June 21 4-6 pm! This month's topic is the lower body. In this interactive workshop, couples will learn massage techniques and stretches to be applied to the lower body. Specific topics include assisted hip stretches and massage techniques for the low back, quadricep muscles, hamstring muscles, and the feet. Each person will have 1 hour to give and 1 hour to receive from their partner. All classes are limted to 5 couples per workshop. Jessica provides relief to so many of our clients whether she is providing massage for pain management, relaxation, or stress relief. She pays attention to all of the important details that truly makes her massage sessions one of a kind. She is also an amazing asset to our team in keeping the studio organized!
